HOTEC Students Practise Problem-Solving and Confident Decision-Making
Recently, students of Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics and Technology (HOTEC) took part in the seminar "Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills", co-organised by the Institute of Applied Psychology - Education.
Accompanying the students was Dr. Tran Duc Tuan, a speaker with a friendly, deep and inspiring teaching style. Through real-life stories and a sharp approach, he led students step by step to discover new ways of looking at problem solving: from changing perspective to recognise the true nature of a problem, to building courage and confidence when facing important decisions.
The atmosphere of the seminar became lively as students actively discussed and shared personal views and real experiences. In particular, combining theory with everyday examples and a thought-provoking solid-geometry problem helped students realise that problem solving is not only an academic skill but a thinking process that needs to be practised every day.
